Working during these unprecedented times is a challenge for all business without exception! Imagen are working under a safe set of working procedures for our clients, staff, and suppliers.

Studio shoots:

Imagen are in the fortunate position to be able to offer a safe working environment at our large and private studios in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

Single staff shoots – enables a single operator to produce creative commercial photography and video while been art directed by a remote off-site art director if required. A single food stylist can be utilised under strict 2m distancing procedures. (Please note no clients / art directors will be allowed at the Imagen studio site)
Product quarantine – courier / client deliveries to the studio with pre-arranged dates, product put under 72h quarantine, where at all possible.
Studio and equipment quarantine – new shoots 72h apart.
Editing – full at home editing and animation suites.

Location shoots:

Imagen will look at each location shoot on a project by project case. Although the aim is to keep business working over these times facilitating as many shoots as possible for our clients, safety of our staff, clients and suppliers will always be the paramount objective over this challenging time.

Single staff shoots – producing creative commercial photography and video to pre-planned briefs from clients and art directors, Wi-Fi enabled cameras to communicate directly with creatives during shoots.
Multiple staff – Where multiple staff are required strict 2m distancing procedures will be adhered too.
Single staff travel – 1 person per vehicle, straight to the project site and back.
Equipment quarantine – new shoots 72h apart.
Editing – full at home editing and animation suites.

Please note:

Imagen are working in accordance with the current advise given by the government on the .gov website, as this advice changes over the next few months we will adjust our working procedures to accommodate this working within the guidelines at all times.
