With this in mind the location of the property, the green space and the sense of community were recognised as its strongest selling points. We created an engaging short lifestyle film to help transport the viewer in their minds to the property and location, giving instant engagement and a substantially increased conversion rate.
The film was utilised on the clients website and in the marketing suite, shorter versions were also supplied for social media engagement.

For this project the videos were utilised at exhibitions on websites and social media. From the success of these films and content Imagen were then commissioned to extend our contract to build further content for Cumbria Tourism.
